Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we endeavor to provide a fair and transparent return policy. Our policy extends for 14 days from the date you receive your item. Within this period, should you find that the item does not meet your expectations, you are encouraged to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, the item must remain in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with the original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also essential to proceed with the return.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is at the buyer's expense, for any reason. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. Damages and Issues:

Should you discover any defects, damages, or if the wrong item has been dispatched to you, contact us promptly upon receipt so we can evaluate the situation and make amends.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain categories of items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding the return of your specific item. Note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges:

For expedited service, we recommend returning your item once the return is accepted, and placing a new order separately for the item you desire.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period:

For our customers in the European Union, notwithstanding the above, you have the entitlement to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided that the item remains in its original, unused condition with tags intact and original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Bear in mind that it might take additional time before your bank or credit card company processes and posts the refund.
